California Inside & Out accepts returned products under the following conditions: - Bottle leakage - Unsatisfied with product – must have at least 90% product remaining Orders can be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs if they are returned in 30 days of purchase. Orders must include the original packaging to receive a refund. If the product being returned has been used or opened, please contact us with the order information and state the reason for the return. We will try to accommodate all return requests, but we reserve the right to deny accepting returns on opened and used products.
