Founding Team

Matt Singer, Co-Founder of The Talk Market, began selling products on QVC at age 24. He went on to sell over 500,000 products through the TV shopping channel and was blown away at the format's power to inform, connect, and introduce audiences to new products and ideas in a relaxed, entertaining way. Singer also produced national TV and music projects with George Clooney, James Earl Jones, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Ray Charles, The New York Philharmonic, and others. Singer graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale.
Amanda Eilian, Co-Founder of The Talk Market, has worked closely with numerous growth-stage businesses, handling operational oversight for a variety of media, consumer product and consumer service companies, including high profile QVC vendor companies. She has worked in finance at Merrill Lynch, Falconhead Capital, Chilton Investment Company, and Capitol Acquisition. Amanda is a Truman Scholar and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
